Grand Cherokee Wins Inaugural PAPA Award

Here at V-W Motors, Inc., we're always looking for exciting news about our FCA family of brands to share with our customers. One thing we've noticed is that October has been a very good month for Jeep vehicles, especially the Grand Cherokee.

At the Texas Truck Rodeo, in Spring Branch, Texas, the Grand Cherokee was named the "Mid-Size SUV of Texas" by the Texas Writers Association. Fast forward to yesterday, and we received news the Grand Cherokee was the recent recipient of the inaugural Phoenix Automotive Press Association (PAPA) Best of the Southwest award. The award was present at the 12th annual Carspondent.com Active Lifestyle Vehicle competition, where it also won the title of best Luxury Off-Road Vehicle.

ALV co-founder said of the impressive award: "With its fuel-efficient EcoDiesel engine, the Jeep Grand Cherokee has the off-road capability and range to venture far off the grid, while maintaining the appealing style, comfort and convenience features that buyers in this segment demand.”
